This video breakdown the issue of colorism inside the black community. It also gives deeper inside thought of the victims that have experienced racial attacks and discrimination in their country. This video also gives a opinion on a particular category of the black race, which is the darker complexion (Dark skin) females and what they had to experience from a young age. The women in this interview explains that black women experience different forms of racism, which is internal racism (colorism), and external racism. Internal racism or colorism is a form of discrimination which targeted mainly on people of a more darker complexion. This form of racism is more acted upon by the same race or ethnicity. Colorism mainly started when the western world or European countries colonized certain continents such Asia, Africa, America etc. They used colorism as a mental game for the colonized to  hate one another. When slavery was introduced in America  a lot of slave owners struggled to control their ‘slaves’, but in 1972 Willie Lynch a British slave owner in the west Indies made a speech on new methods that slave owners could use to control their slaves. One of the few methods he introduced was colorism in which they would colour and shade against each other (Dark skin Vs Light skin). External racism is the discrimination by other races and by the system they live in. This video also includes the stories appalling behavior these women have face on a daily.
