 Filming on A iPhone 
 Iphones have built in optical image stabilisation, but its always best to use a tripod to create a more focused and steady. If you choose to use your hands to shoot the tips you can use to stabilise our shot are:
. Keep the phone close to your body 
. Rest your elbow on a nearby object
. Use your body to absorb bounces and shakes 
Don't use the iPhone digital zoom unless you have the iPhone 7 plus  Dual-lens, because if you use the zoom you are only enlarging the image.
